I-Robot will never die... isaac asimov will never die

went to east coast and have some fun on sunday.. wOO hOO! cycling and kayaking kick ass!!! fish & co for dinner rocks!!!

Finally i have finished reading Prelude to Foundation.. just when i thought the book was... "so so" the last two chapters just psyche me up !!! now im ready to read the next book :- The Foundation ( technically the 1st book) but i cant find it in the library!!! all of them are on loan!! damn it!!! but i have reserve it!! argh!!!

after the last two chapters.. i think isaac asimov is (or was?... since he's dead) great!
the foundation series is one of his greatest works. he wrote over 400 books on science and history!! not all of them are sci-fi... but in his sci fi books... like the robot short-stories which include i-robot , bicentennial man and even in the prelude of foundation, he wrote abt humanity in the eyes of robot and relation of robot and man.. if robot that advance will ever be build..
he come up with the laws of robotics.. which in fact has been use by some scientists in building advance intelligence.

if you are interested in reading ... his stuff...
read his
Robot series : -
Book 1: The Caves of Steel, Book 2: The Naked Sun, Book 3: The Robots of Dawn, Book 4: Robots and Empire

Empire series
Book 1: The Currents of Space, Book 2: The Stars, Like Dust, Book 3: Pebble in the Sky

Foundation series
Book 1: Prelude to Foundation, Book 2: The Foundation, Book 3: Foundation and Empire, Book 4: Second Foundation, Book 5: Foundation's Edge and Book 6: Foundation and Earth
Additional book: Forward the Foundation

All these book are arrange in chronological
Robot series -> Empire series -> Foundation series
the series can be read individually but in some ways they are inter-link
